I have spent over a decade cultivating my professional identity within mental health fields, across a variety of settings and alongside individuals from many different walks of life. These experiences have given me the privilege to organically discover and nurture skill sets to the areas of clinical work I feel most connected to and beneficial for. This journey has, and continues to shape me into the therapist, and human, I am today.
Over the years, I have developed extensive experience working with vulnerable complex trauma and its lasting effects on relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. I have also immersed in particular areas of focus in Attachment Theory and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, which continue to deeply inform my therapeutic approaches.
I have been fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since June 2022 in Texas with dual licensure in Colorado, established in 2025. Sage Sight Counseling is my independent private practice I also began in July 2025. You can find more information about my education, training, and licensure on my ‘About Me’ page, and I’m always happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Not every therapist is a fit for every client, it’s not a one size fits all. To help figure out if we’re a good match, I offer free consultations via video or phone. In our consult, I will tell you a little bit about myself, approaches to therapy, and you will be able to ask me questions/share as well.
Therapy is an investment - mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually, all the things. It is important for us both to feel confident and comfortable moving forward together.
If you are looking for something specific that I don’t have experience in, and proceed under false pretenses —this violates my values of integrity. It is also unethical, creates mistrust, and acts against benevolence. You deserve honesty in your healing journey, whether that is within my wheelhouse or I help you navigate elsewhere.

Everyone is different and I collaborate on that decision with you! Nothing is set in stone and we will always talk about this together on what your needs are regarding support, whether that’s more or less.

A typical session is 50-minutes, but we can always adjust to lengthier sessions if there is a need. I am happy to talk this over with you at any time, as I want you to feel supported in our time together.

While technology has come a long way, nothing can replace human connection. Being a skilled therapist takes more than just books & an education — it takes heart and attunement; essential parts to therapy that technology cannot offer. Verbal and non-verbal communication cues such as facial expressions or body language can be very insightful as well, something AI cannot do authentically.

Ideally, at least 24 hours in advance & regular rate we have agreed on is charged for ‘no shows'. However…Life is unpredictable and things happen that are out of our control sometimes. We shouldn’t have to suffer financial consequences, too.
Our therapeutic relationship is important to me, I want you to stick around — and sometimes that means understanding without all knowing. I offer flexibility by crediting your account for future sessions, sliding scale agreements and/or sometimes totally free when appropriate. We can discuss all of this as needed and you will be informed of any agreements in writing for your records.
Still have a question that you don’t see an answer for? No problem!
