Yes! I am currently able to provide virtual therapy to adults living in Texas and Colorado. In person services are anticipated to become available in 2026 to the Houston, Texas area - currently in development.

Not every therapist is a fit for every client, it’s not a one size fits all! To help figure out if we’re a good match, I offer free consultations (video or phone) to any potential new clients. In a consult, I will tell you a little bit about myself, approaches to therapy, and you will be able to ask me questions as well.

Therapy is an investment - mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually, all the things. It is important you, and I, feel confident and comfortable together. It does not do you, nor me, any favors if you are looking for a specific skill set I cannot offer you.

While technology has come a long way, nothing can replace human connection. Being an effective psychotherapist takes more than just education, it takes heart and attunement - vital parts to therapy that technology cannot offer.

I have been in the mental health field for over a decade in numerous settings with many varieties of populations. This has given me the privilege to become very familiar and keen to treating complex trauma. I also have niches in Attachment Theory and Narcissism.

I have been fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since June 2022 and established my private practice, Sage Sight Counseling, in July 2025. My academics and licensure is listed on the About Me page and I’m happy to answer any further inquiries you may have!

A typical session is 50-minutes, but we can always adjust to lengthier sessions if there is a need. I am happy to talk this over with you at any time, as I want you to feel supported in our time together.
